# Optimization History

The Optimization History page shows a timeline of all listing optimizations that Autopilot has submitted across your organization, grouped by Parent ASIN. This gives you a high-level view of optimization activity, with the ability to drill into individual ASINs for full detail.

## Filters

### Timeframe

Use the timeframe selector to control the date range:

* **L30D** – Optimizations from the last 30 days (default)
* **L90D** – Optimizations from the last 90 days
* **All time** – Every optimization since enrollment
* **Custom** – Select a specific date range

### Brand

Filter by brand using the dropdown. Only brands with enrolled ASINs in your organization are shown. Select **All Brands** to clear the filter.

### Marketplace

Filter by Amazon marketplace using the dropdown. All marketplaces are shown. Select **All Marketplaces** to clear the filter. This filter can be combined with the Timeframe and Brand filters.

## Optimization Cards

Each card represents a Parent ASIN (or a standalone Child ASIN if no parent exists) and shows the most recent optimization activity within that group. Cards are grouped by date.

* **Product Image** and **Title**
* **ASIN Badge** – The Parent ASIN (or Child ASIN if standalone) with a Parent/Child label
* **Marketplace Link** to the live Amazon listing
* **Variations** – The number of child ASINs and variation type (e.g., "2 variations (Size / Color)")
* **Last Optimized** – The date and time of the most recent optimization
* **Attributes** – Which listing fields were updated (e.g., Title, Bullet points, Search terms, Description)
* **SEO Score** – The current score, color-coded by performance level, with a delta badge showing the change from the previous score. See [SEO Score](https://github.com/xapix-io/docs/blob/master/portal-pages/metrics/seo-score.md) for details on how the score is calculated.

At the bottom of each card, an **optimization count** shows the total number of optimizations across this parent and its child ASINs within the selected timeframe (e.g., "4 optimizations across this parent and its 2 child ASINs in the last 90 days").

## Expanded Details

Click on any card to expand it and see the details of the most recent optimization within that group. The expanded view shows a "Latest on ASIN" label indicating which specific Child ASIN (or the Parent ASIN itself) was most recently optimized.

### Content Changes

For each modified listing field, a side-by-side comparison is displayed:

* **Before** (left) – The listing content prior to optimization
* **After** (right) – The new content submitted by Autopilot

Note: the content changes reflect what was submitted to Amazon. It does not necessarily reflect what is currently live on Amazon, as Amazon may reject the update or the content may be overwritten after going live. ### Keyword Changes

A summary of keyword-level impact is shown alongside the content comparison. Each keyword is listed with its rank and categorized by how it was affected by the optimization:

| Change Type  | Icon   | Meaning                                                                        |
| ------------ | ------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Added**    | Green  | Keyword was added to the listing for the first time.                           |
| **Removed**  | Red    | Keyword was removed from the listing.                                          |
| **Promoted** | Purple | Keyword was moved to a more prominent field (e.g., from Bullets to Title).     |
| **Demoted**  | Orange | Keyword was moved to a less prominent field (e.g., from Title to Description). |
| **Kept**     | Blue   | Keyword remained in the same field or at the same prominence level.            |

Field prominence follows the hierarchy: **Title > Bullet Points > Description > Search Terms**.

Click on any change type label to reorder the keyword list, focusing on keywords with that specific change type. A search field is also available to find specific keywords.

#### Restriction Tags

Keywords may also display restriction tags that indicate how Autopilot is permitted to use them:

| Tag              | Meaning                                                                                                           |
| ---------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Banned**       | The keyword is excluded from all listing content.                                                                 |
| **Restricted**   | The keyword is restricted to backend search terms only and will not appear in the title, bullets, or description. |
| **Brand**        | The keyword is a brand term.                                                                                      |
| **Superlative**  | The keyword contains a superlative claim (e.g., "best", "strongest") which may require substantiation on Amazon.  |
| **Special Char** | The keyword contains special characters.                                                                          |

### Amazon Status

The submission status for each SKU is displayed, confirming whether Amazon has accepted the content update.

## Viewing Full ASIN History

To see the complete optimization history for a specific Parent or Child ASIN, click **View full history** at the bottom of the expanded card. This takes you to the [ASIN Optimization History](https://docs.autopilotbrand.com/portal-pages/optimization-history/asin-optimization-history) page for that product.
