# Reports

The Reports page lets you request downloadable Excel reports on your listings, content, and issues, and download them once they are ready. Open it from the **Reports** entry in the portal sidebar.

## Requesting a report

Pick a report from the list on the left to see its description and request form. After you submit a request, the report appears in the list below the form with its current status, which updates live — you can stay on the page or come back later. You also receive an email notification when the report is ready. Completed reports offer a download link and remain available for later download, so your team can find previously generated reports in the same place.

All reports are generated as Excel (.xlsx) files and cover the enrolled ASINs of your organization.

## Available reports

### Listing Issues (Amazon Detected)

All active issues and violations reported by Amazon Seller Central for your enrolled ASINs — the same issues shown on the [Listing Issues](/portal-pages/listing-issues.md) page, as a spreadsheet you can sort, filter, and share.

One row per issue with the affected ASIN, SKU, Parent ASIN, product title, and marketplace, plus the issue code, severity, category, affected attribute, Amazon's message, the enforcement action and its status (for example a suppression), any exemption expiry date, and when the issue was first detected.

When requesting, you can choose to include all issues or errors only.

### Listing Issues (Autopilot Detected)

Issues detected by Autopilot's own checks of your catalog structure — most importantly child ASINs that have been disconnected from their parent variation family (see [Child ASIN Disconnected from Parent](/portal-pages/listing-issues/child-asin-disconnected-from-parent.md)).

One row per issue with the affected ASIN, Parent ASIN, product title, and marketplace, plus the issue type, affected attribute, a description of the problem, and when it was first detected.

### Reference Content (Flat File)

Your current Autopilot reference content — title, item highlights, bullet points, description, and search terms — laid out in Amazon flat-file columns (`item_name`, `bullet_point1` to `bullet_point5`, `product_description`, `generic_keyword`, and so on), one row per SKU.

The column layout matches Amazon's category listing templates, so you can copy rows straight into a flat file for bulk listing edits. Reference-only columns (ASIN, Parent ASIN, marketplace, seller account) are included at the start of each row to identify it, and variation columns (`parent_sku`, `parent_child`, `relationship_type`, `variation_theme`) carry each SKU's family relationships.
